What else is there to do during lockdown, I hear you think.
Well, indeed, I baked these crunchy chocolate almond oat cookies, packed with healthy stuff.
I got the idea from a delicious Instagram account (@schuldloos_snoepen).
And they're ready in no time!
Due to the current well known circumstances, I was not able to hand them out to colleagues or friends. But it was no punishment to eat them all myself...
