New challenge!

No national holiday celebration this time.
I made a turban cake (with walnut-cinnamon filling) for my colleagues. Officially to say goodbye, unofficially to celebrate my new job!

It was the first time something I brought to work, was finished so quickly. 
Maybe it also depends on the type of sweetness... 

Anyway, this cake is coming from the amazing @ascookedbyginger
It is light and soft in the mouth, and then surprises in the middle, when you have the crunchy nut feeling. 
As a bonus, it is also easy to make!
